New England Log Homes
New England Log Homes
The redevelopment of the former New England Log Homes site will restore a blighted downtown property, conserve land usage, offer public access to the Housatonic River and provide mixed-use opportunities for Great Barrington businesses, non-profits and new residents.
This redevelopment in a Berkshire County Economic Target Area, will provide “infill” housing and business development at the core of the downtown.
Residents will have the opportunity to live and work in the same neighborhood. The plan calls for 50-70 housing units and 40-50,000 SF of commercial space.
